Outstanding achievements and innovation
Every year, Het Financieele Dagblad (the Dutch Financial Times) selects fifty young, entrepreneurial talents who are helping shape the future of the Netherlands with their innovative ideas. This year, our co-founder Dominique Cirkel is among them.
FD Talents are selected based on outstanding achievements, innovation and impact — not on revenue figures. It is precisely this focus on substance that makes this recognition extra meaningful to us. On 5 February, the new cohort was officially launched at a celebratory event at museum Fenix in Rotterdam. The talents were given a tour of the museum, attended an inspiring programme with panel discussions from experienced entrepreneurs, and rounded off the afternoon with drinks. Thomas de Heide, editor of FD Persoonlijk and founder of the Talents special, addressed the room: "You are guiding the Netherlands into the future."

Growing as an entrepreneur and as a leader
For Dominique personally, the selection also marks a moment of reflection. In 2025, Spheer grew from prototype to mature product, and for her that also meant a shift in role. "Where I used to build a lot and be hands-on technically, my focus is increasingly on my role as COO and on learning how to help people grow."
We are incredibly proud. Not only as recognition for Dominique personally, but also as confirmation of what we are building together as a team.
