Comparison between the nature management plan and current tree cover in North Brabant
North Brabant wants to be able to steer nature management more effectively. That is why the province, together with Spheer, compares the nature management plan with an up-to-date tree map. This makes visible those places where open nature in the plan is nevertheless becoming overgrown, or where forest is planned but trees are absent—serving as a starting point for better conversations, more targeted research, and a more up-to-date management plan.
